The RSA Case Management API consist of one API operation:

Create roadside assistance case

  • Method and endpoint: POST /cases
  • Input: corporate contract number, incident details, involved persons details, vehicle details, comment, application channel
  • Output: created assistance case ID and number 

Create assistance case asynchronously

Interaction process

The RSA Case Management API can be consumed in two client-server interaction steps when creating assistance case asynchronously:

  • Create request for assistance case creation
  • View assistance case creation status and result

API workflow

The RSA Case Management API consist of one API operation:

Create request for assistance case creation

  • Method and endpoint: POST /async-requests/case-creation
  • Input: corporate contract number, incident details, involved persons details, vehicle details, comment, application channel
  • Output: created request ID
View assistance case creation status and result
  • Method and endpoint: GET /async-requests/{requestId}
  • Input: request ID
  • Output: status, substatus, date and time when the request was created and updated, result (case number, case ID)
